Hong Kong was unreal. The skyline, the pace, the scale of it — everything felt big. Bigger than anything I’d experienced before. And that’s before you even start the task.

The thing about The Apprentice is that it looks intense on TV. In real life, it’s another level entirely.

You’re sleeping less than you should.
You’re thinking constantly.
You’re surrounded by ambitious, switched-on people who all want the same thing.

It’s exciting, but it’s also relentless.

And somehow, in the middle of all of that, you still have to pitch, sell, negotiate and perform like it’s just another Tuesday.

The Most Stressful Thing I’ve Ever Done

I can honestly say The Apprentice is the most stressful thing I’ve ever done.

Not “a bit stressful.”
Not “challenging.”
Properly, heart-racing, can’t-switch-off stressful.

The boardroom is exactly as intimidating as you imagine. When you walk in and sit opposite Lord Sugar, it feels like the temperature drops about five degrees.

And yes — he is super scary in real life.

He has this ability to look at you in total silence that makes you question every life decision you’ve ever made. Then he’ll deliver one line that completely throws you off balance.

There was one moment in the boardroom where he said he could “see my nuggets.” And honestly, hearing that in front of everyone was surreal. If you know, you know.

But here’s the thing — underneath the pressure, it’s been incredible.

I’ve met some of the most driven, interesting people I’ve ever come across. The friendships, the chaos, the late-night strategy chats — I feel genuinely lucky to have experienced it. Not many people get to say they’ve done this.

And I’m still currently on the show, still fighting, still learning.
